I needed a gold platform sandal for 2 formal evening dresses. I ordered 5 different pairs of shoes. This shoe fit perfectly (size 7). It was the most comfortable of all the shoes and reasonably priced. The color of the gold is beautiful, not too shiny and the leather was soft and molded well around the mid foot. However, the style did not go well with one of my evening dresses so I returned this shoe. This was a top contender of all my choices. I’m a bit reluctant in returning, hoping I made the right decision and I don’t regret it when I actually have to wear the shoe I chose for the special occasion. If you are looking for a great looking platform heel that is very comfortable, fits well around the foot and ankle, and is a great look with a bit of glamour a shiny heel, this is the shoe to pick.
